Cooking eggs in thermal water, Nozawa Onsen, Nagano, Japan

Nozawa Onsen, Japan - May 2019: This outdoor bath is not open to non-villagers, who use the boiling water to cook eggs and vegetables. There are boxes of boiling hot water scattered throughout Nozawa village where locals (and visitors who may purchase eggs in nearby shops) put their eggs (or veggies) in string bags, or baskets, to hard boil them.
