Vela in Juchitan

Juchitan, Mexico: LA Viinisa helps set up. Muxes in the 7th ward set up for their annual "vela," or party, held by the local group "Baila Conmigo" in Juchtan, Mexico. Muxes are very common, and accepted, in this Southern Oaxacan region, which claims to not discriminate against gays.
