Juchitan, Mexico: Yovanna Sodi Miranda (Enrique Martinez Vazquez), recently returned from working in Mexico City as a bartender to her hometown of Juchitan. At home here, she helps her mother doing decorations for the many festivals in the town in the Ishtmus. Muxes are very common, and accepted, in this Southern Oaxacan region, which claims to not discriminate against gays.
